ADOBE E-SIGN HIPAA compliant?

I am interested in starting e-sign and want to know if it is HIPAA compliant?  That means, does it comply with and follow the patient privacy guidlines set forth by the federal Human Rights Commission. This is standard for any healthcare provider. If so, there are many providers/organizations  who would use this service
