Adobe e-sign transaction based licensing

I am purchasing Adobe e-sign 2500 transaction licenses slab pricing program.

If after 2 months I want to purchase additional 500 will my additional get counted in the same slab pricing bucket of 2500-5000.

Also  after 2 months I purchase 3k more transactions will my pricing for 3k change to 5k plus transaction pricing
