Adobe eSign App - Missing Preview option

Hi! 

In the Mobile Adobe Sign App, I'm missing the Preview option when I request a signature in person. 

the result is that I'm always referred to the document preview itself whereI have to manually add the signature field. I'd rather avoid this step and have the signature automatically added at the end of the document. 

How do I reset this option? 

Is this linked to my type of account?
