Adobe eSign Manager - Not displaying uploaded document on mobile app

Since you don't send your test file to me.  Can you tell us more details like what kind of file like MS Word convert to PDF or Image file convert to PDF?

What is the file size you have used?

Also can you give us more description as to where do you look and do not see the file?
