Adobe eSign - Still show Pending Approval after requestor change another approver to approve

Question

There is a case that with the original workflow, the reqeust A send an approval request to approver C, C is the second level approver, but C is out of office and not able to approve the request, and A change the approver to D and D had already approved the request. When C comes back, the screen still show that the request from A is pending while is not convenient.

Hi Alex-Chan,

If you are referring that the sender of the document has changed the approver role from C to D, and C still see able to view the email for the pending signature. That is a desigend behaviour. User will be able to see that request as the email cannot be recalled, however, will not be able to view the document.
