Adobe Fill and Sign APP- Apple-- issues

I apologize if Im posting in the wrong section however I could not find a board specific to the Adobe Fill & Sign app. Ever since the update to IOS 13 the Adobe Fill & sign app on Iphone/Ipad has not been working properly. When forms are filled out they look fine. However when emailed, the words move position.... Like for example if I write "John Smith" it looks fine but when emailed or saved it would put Smith under John like-

John

Smith

and if date like 2/3/2020, it would put like the below when emailed or saved-

2/3/2

020

I have been waiting if this would be fixed however with each IOS update it is still doing it. I wasnt sure how to make Adobe aware of this problem, so figured Id write here.. or if someone has found a way to fix it.
