After completing a pdf form, and sending it out via email, the sent document shows text all over the page and not how it was originally completed. Text that was originally on one line is now on two lines or in a different place all together.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out.

As you have mentioned, the text filled in the form displaces from the place where the text was entered after sending it via email.

Does this happen to the form saved in the application or the one which is received via the email?

Did you check if that happens with all the forms or with some particulars form?

Please share the application and OS version on the device.

We will be waiting for your response.

    Regards,

    Meenakshi

    Hi Meenakshi,

    thanks for replying.

Yes the issue consistently appears across all of my iOS devices. iPad and iPhone. On various different forms. Whenever I used box text type filling tool, after adjusting the spacing, saved. Once exported or printed out, it changed from mono space machine font to Times New Roman alike fonts. All the spacing moved as a result.

I had a similar issue when using the text box form filling function. The font appeared in the app verses the actual font in the exported PDF is totally different. As a result, the alignment has been shifted outside of the boxes and made the filled in form unusable.

Am I using the app incorrectly? Or is this a known issue, if yes, is there a solution for this issue?
