Hi,

We are currently rolling out intune as our mobile management, and have added Adobe fill and sign as an ios app, but when users try to import the document they get the error "could not import document"

We have already tried the device configuration part on intune for adobe but still no luck.

Any asistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Welshterminator,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please check if the error occurs to importing files from a particular location. Check if you can import a file saved locally.

Did you try the Adobe Acrobat Reader application to Fill & Sign the PDF? If not, please try and let us know if you experience any issues.

It would be helpful if you could share the screenshot of the error message and the application version.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi Adobe Support,

We are rolling out Microsoft Intune for our organisation as well - and we encountered the exact same reported error - "Could not import document" - when we access to Adobe PDF via outlook email and when we activate Adobe Fill and Sign to do the signature - the error message - "Could Not Import Document" pop up!

Any suggestion to this issue is most appreciated!

Thank you

Just to add to earlier posting -

1. We are using ipad Gen 10th with Intune ( company portal) enrolled. IPad IOS 16.x

2. My user is trying to sign a PDF document from his Microsoft Outlook apps. Steps taken are:

a. He access to his email to retrieve the PDF documents that he need to sign.

b. Next he, he will access to his Adobe Fill & Sign apps and when he do that the error - could not import document - popped up. It happened to all his PDF documents.

Thank you

Regatds,
