Adobe Fill & Sign - cant' send, error with "send quota"

I have a few users in my company that keep trying to send a .pdf out of Adobe Fill & Sign, and they get an error message saying The message failed to send, your mail server's send quota has been exceeded.  please contact your mail admin or try sending from a different mail account.

 

Please explain and is there a resolution?  My users can't use a different mail account.  We are on Office 365 with company owned devices and a personal email account on the device is not allowed.

Could you please confirm the Adobe Sig plan you are using in the company?

If you have the Adobe Sign enterprise plan, please get in touch with the Adobe Sign support team to get this checked. They have access to the backend settings and may help you in checking that.
