Adobe Fill & Sign Log in Issue

Hi,

 

I can't log in to adobe Fill & Sign on my iphone or ipad. 

When I enter my Username and Password I get the following error message: "Sign In Operation Fail"

I have two form authentication turned on.

I see the screen to enter the security code for a split second before the error message pops up. I also get a text message with the security code.

Please help

Hi Brucer,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you get the error while signing to the application, please uninstall the application and reboot the device.

Then re-install the application and try to sign in. 

Please ensure that the application is updated and the internet connection is not intermittent.

Could you please confirm the application and OS version on the device?

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the error message you get.

Meenakshi,

 

I followed your suggestion above without any luck. 

iPad OS: 13.2

iPhone OS: 13.2

Fill & Sign Version: 19.04.00

 

See attached screen shot of the error message. As you can see on top of the screenshot, I receive the security code but the error message is preventing from entering.
