Adobe Fill & Sign mobile app - Open empty PDF documents
Hello there, there is an issue when sending fillable PDF documents via email that were created in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to another person and when they open the saved document, all the information that was saved in it is empty and gone. This is a huge challenge for people that only have access to their phone and not a computer, as doing business with clients this needs to work in order to stay compliant in the finance industry. Please help as I am looking for a fix so that the Adobe Fill and Sign app on no matter what phone it is, will open the documents properly with all the saved information filled in still, so we can continue to do business and serve our clients for the $14.99 service we are paying for! Looking forward to your reply and the fix that can be made for this, even if it is an update to the app itself. Cheers!
