adobe mobile app sends out document other users unable to receive.

Question

HI , i'm facing one of the problem is adobe sign on the mobile app was sign on the attachment . App is send out attachment. BUT nobody had receive this "attachment." This only happen 2 weeks ago before that all is working good.

Do anyone have a soultion for this??

I try to got Adobe support BUT they unable to support this " topic"

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please confirm if the issue occurs with a particualr document or any document you try to send from mobile application?

Did you check under the manage tab if the document shows under out for siganture folder in Acrobat Sign account? Share the Acrobat Sign mobile application and OS version number on your device.

Please try sending document to your alternate email address for testing and check if you get in the inbox or not.
