Adobe New Version- Words attached to document issue

Hello,

I have forms that have filled fields for Adboe and once I add the content to the fields and prepare the form for signature, it is not keeping the filled words on the form AFTER the fields have been attached. 

 

Also, once I go back to the fields it is blank to the eyes but when you hover over it you can see the text there. If you print, it comes out blank and if you convert to another form ( ex. word) it is blank as well. 

 

The version keeps switching back to the older version in the signature field on some forms and on others it shows the new signature pannel.

    Hi @Rafiah Persaud

     

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching.

     

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF form or all the forms. Please try with a different PDF and check.

     

    Also make sure you have the application updated to the recent version 23.08.20470 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer.

     

    Please share the PDF form in question and a small video recording of the steps and the issue so we can check it at our end.

      Hello, 

       

      I do have the latest version you mentioned. Unfortunalty, the docuements that I work on cannot be posted to an online board since it contains legal items. 

       

      This is happening to all PDFs that I am working on. I had to disable the new version for it to work.
