As you have the Adobe Sign account as part of Adobe PDF Pack, it is an individual account.
If you are trying to integrate the Adobe Sign with CRM-system, so you can send the documents directly from there.
Then sorry to say that it is not possible with this account.
Adobe Sign integration is only available with the Enterprise account.
For more details on this, you can contact support. Please refer the step mentioned below:
- Login your adobe sign account directly via https://secure.echosign.com/public/login
- Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.
- It will re-direct you to the page where you will have the option to create a support ticket or to Chat.
