Adobe Pro Agreement - Cannot Download or Share

We have a contract that was created in MS Word and converted to a PDF. We then prepared the document for signing, added 3 signature fields and sent the document out. The document was returned after everyone signed, as expected.

 

In Adobe Acrobat Pro, I have an Agreements tab. I can see the Agreement and retrieve the agreement from within Acrobat Pro. I cannot download or share the agreement. 

 

Why not?

I will once again answer my own questions in hopes of helping someone in the future...

 

I spoke with support and the told me to go to acrobat.adobe.com. All of my agreements and acrobat functionality were in full effect.

 

Apparently, the desktop version of Acrobat Pro isn't fully featured... you need to use the web version.

    I am able to download signed contract from Web version of Acrobat Pro, however, it allows me to downloan only one agreement at a time. I have 100+ agreements to download. How do I download ALL agreements together rather than clicking for each agreement to download?

    You cannot do it in bulk.  Only one at a time.
