Adobe Profile Sign-in Issues

Hello,

 

Since Adobe introduced 'profiles' I have not been able to sign into our Business Profile when I select that profile I get an error below —

"The Sign account for sarah@*****.com is associated with a different profile. Switch to your Personal Account profile."

 

How do I move my Adobe Sign account and documents to our Business Profile?

I should add that it allows me to sign in to my 'Personal Profile' and everything works fine, but if I understood Adobe's warnings, the personal profile access was only temporarly and I will eventually lose access to those apps and assets.
