Adobe request to sign email asking to delegate

Hi,

 

We have created an agreement and the email has been sent to the customer to sign the agreement. But the email that the customer received is asking to delegate to an authorised signer instead of asking them to sign. It is the first time it happens and only for this customer. Could you please help us troubleshoot this issue.

The recipient can delegate when the recipient's role is set as Delegator.

Could you please check the role assigned to the recipient?

Also, share the message recipient receives at his end.
