Adobe says contact customer support when I try to send a documnt for signing.

I have the adobe acrobat dc subscription. When I try to send a document for signing it says contact customer support. No error code, no phone number. I had just send 3 documents for signing prior to this occuring. The subscription is new, 12/30/2021. How can this be fixed.
