adobe sender prefill redirects to completed field and will not continue to prefill remainder of form

Hi, 

I am testing a fillable template on adobe sign.  Suddenly,  when completing the sender prefill portion, the program keeps redirecting me back to a previously completed sender prefill field.  Then, it will not allow me to continue with the remainder of the sender prefill fields.

So far, I have done the following, to no avail:

• edited the problem field
• deleted and re-created the problem field
• re-created the problem field without any conditions, and made sure no other fields are dependent on it for conditions
• signed out and signed back in

Can anyone please offer some suggestions?
