What if I have adobe pro dc, but the adobe sign function does not work. I have tried going to tools to add, but the feature does not appear. How can I resolve this function?

    I am having the same problem. It tells me I do not have access to the service. I subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, so it is supposed to be included.
