Adobe Sign

I just signed up for Adobe Document Cloud.  Trying to send a document out for signatures and the only thing I get is 'Unable to Process Request'.

 

Is there someone I can talk to to see why this is not working?  The Support and help contacts are very fuzzy and misleading.  I am posting to this board because I don't have any other alternative for help.

 

The Adobe Sign Status board says it is up.
