Question

adobe sign

Hi everyone,

I’m on Creative Cloud - Personal account.

I'm unable to use the Request Signatures feature in Adobe Acrobat Pro or online, and I'm looking for help getting my profile entitlement reset.

Whenever I try to send a document for signature, I run into the following errors:

  1. In Acrobat Desktop: "You can no longer request e-signatures with this user profile associated with [my email]."

  2. In Acrobat Online: "E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

  3. On Adobe Sign Web: "Your account is being upgraded. Please log out and log back in again after a few minutes."

I have already tried logging out, clearing my browser cache/cookies, testing in Incognito mode, and testing across different browsers—the stuck upgrade banner persists on my account backend.

Could an Adobe staff member or moderator help refresh or re-provision the Acrobat Sign entitlement for my account to clear this loop?

Thanks!

    Hi tobiasv75339402,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked your account using the email address linked to your community profile. The account still shows as locked. This is something that the backend team can help you with.

Please contact Adobe Sign support. Make sure to log in using the Adobe ID. A support agent can help users ACTIVATE their account, enabling them to sign the document.

Let us know if we can be of any further help.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi
