Question

Adobe Sign

Anyone having issues with Adobe Sign, specifically email deliverability?

It seems to have started this morning, instead of the usual sender address header as adobesign@adobesign.com, it was spoofing the sender's address so it would come from username@company.com instead. This meant our anti-spoof policy was rejecting these Adobe Sign signature emails - I have since created a rule to accept spoof emails from the adobesign.com and echosign.com domains but users are still not getting emails delivered - they're not even appearing in our email system, its as if they were never sent (looking at Adobe activity page in one of the e-sign agreements, I can see that the email to some of our users gets bounced.)

Again this only started happening from this morning - UK time.

Hi PhantomUK,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please confirm if you are sending documents to external recipients or recipients within the company. Are you sending the document or on the receiving end? Sorry, we were confused about whether the issue occurred when sending or receiving documents.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/46k7kPT

Feel free to let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

This is from internal to internal, affects both the sender and the recipient.
