Adobe Sign - account activation issue.

After I created a free account in Adobe Sign, then got a mail regarding to activate email address and I click on "activate your account" from the mail, then I got the page shows "Verification Required." and I had tried other option which provided in the mail, still the result page not changed

I have to done anything else ?
