Adobe Sign Agreement does not pull up the dynamic recipient in Salesforce

Hi,

I am facing an issue with my Adobe Sign agreements. I have created a template, everything works fine except the recipient part. I have configured it as a dynamic recipient as in the screenshot. The master object is Account for the agreement template. I have tried other options in the Recipient dropdown menu, and they also did not work. What might be missing here?
