Adobe sign - all agreements hanging

My adobe sign - all agreements panel is hanging (whirring). 

When I open a new document to request signatures I get as far as entering the emails, once it starts preparing the document for the signature panel it hangs (gets as far as the 60-72% mark). 

The software is up to date. 

I am wondering whether I should try to uninstall and reintsall the software, however my concern is whether it will delete all my previsous agreements from the cloud?

Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.
