Adobe Sign and Braintree Subscription Payments

I was looking into the Adobe Sign integration with Braintree (https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/collect-online-payments.html) and I have a question regarding the implementation.  Is it possible to setup subscription payments through the Adobe Sign integration?  If so, is it also possible to setup to separate charges on one form (i.e. subscription charge and a one-time configuration charge)?
