Adobe Sign and Logo

Hello,

Our enterprise account has multiple licesnses for Acrobat Pro DC, which comes with the use of Adobe Sign, but we can't access the admin screen within the app to customize our outgoing emails to people.   We want to add our logo.  Is that possible just thru the Acrobat licensing or do you have to have an Adobe Sign license to at least one user as well?
