Adobe Sign and O365 learning resources

Hello All,m 

I am a SharePoint expert but new to Adobe Sign. I am looking for some recommendations for solid technical training on how to create Power Apps forms using Adobe Sign. They do not weantt o use the cloud, just the O365 version. I hope my language is correct.
