Adobe sign API developer account

Question

I am trying to create a developer account on adobe sign API. I have filled in the form on the page https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/business/developer-form.html but 5 minutes later I received letter like this.

I use my work email for register dveloper account.
May be I'am doing something wrong? Could you help me please ?

Thank you for the information shared in a Private message. We checked the email address you shared and see that there is already an active free account registered under that email address.

You will need to use a different email address to use the Developer edition of Acrobat Sign. For more information, refer to the following page: https://adobe.ly/49BHdp2.

The error appears when there is already an Acrobat Sign account registered with the email address you are using. Could you please share the email address you are trying to use in a private message so we can verify and confirm it? You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
