Adobe Sign API down?

Problems started around 10:30 ET.  Can't complete the signing process.

This is across numerous servers.  We haven't changed anything and our services use Adobe Sign hundreds of times a day.

I have a case logged and am waiting to hear back.

Any one else having issues?
