Adobe Sign API - Large File Techniques

Hello, I am trying to get a large file signed through the Adobe Sign API service and I keep getting a message that the file size exceeds the upload limit (which I expected). What are some tips/techniques for getting around this issue? Are there any ways to upload file in chunks, or perhaps compress the file via API?
