Adobe Sign API - Single Admin Authentication

As per the Migration Guide there is a way to have a Single Admin Authentication.  When you click the link to view more details it takes you to Using OAuth to Access Adobe Sign APIs where there is no information about Single Admin Authentication.

Does anyone have experience with this?
