Adobe Sign App -Waiting to Sync?

I was trying to test out the "In-Person" signing feature on the mobile App and I also added additional signers for a form, but the form has not been sent to the additional signers.  My in-person signer was able to sign successfully, but now the form is "waiting to sync" and has not been sent to the additional 2 signers.  Any idea what step i may have missed or if a setting needs to be modified? These test sends were around 3:00pm cst on 12/15/2016 and are still "waiting" to do something at 9:00am cst the following day.  Below is a screenshot from my iPhone 5se.

Please reboot your mobile device and Sign into Adobe Sign app. using the Adobe ID option.

Hi Aadesh!

I was able to get the “In-Person” signing feature to work after rebooting my device.
