Adobe Sign "Apply" Button Problem

We have used Adobe Echosign / Sign for about 18 months or so now with very few problems, but I currently have a client who claims he is unable to sign our Contract. It's a standard Contract which we use every week so I know the problem is not with our Contract template.

The client is using Windows 7 Pro and Firefox but he has also just tried with Chrome and had no success.

He states :

1) The pop window for the initials comes up.

2) The problem is that once the initial is drawn ( Draw), the 'Apply' button does not function.... therefore the initial does not get captured in the appropriate small box..

Can anybody offer any suggestions on what might be the cause of this problem?

Hi Sarak,

I hope your client is entering a valid name in the Draw tab along with scribbling his initials in. If you don't enter a name/initial in the text box OR you forget to scribble - APPLY button won't become active. You need to do both.

Hope this helps!
