Adobe sign audit report

I am useing Adobe Acrobat DC, and frequebntly use the adobe sign feature. The only issue is that I am unable to remove the Audit Report Feature due to security. 

Typically I have no issue with this, but at times and for safey reasons, the user should be able to turn this feature off and or have the ability to redact the IP address.

any guidane as to how this can be acheived would be apprecaited
