Adobe Sign audit report visibility

Hi, I've an Adobe Sign enterprise license. When an agreement is being signed, the Auditr Report (partial or complete) can be downloaded from the "action" options. 

Is there a way to avoid the visibility of this audit report to the signers that are not in my account?

Is it a legal requirement that the Audit Report is visible for everybody in the signature process?

I know I can disable that the audit report is sent to all users, but they always have the option to download it. Even if the user is not in my account, if they have their own Adobe Sign account they can access to the document and download it.
