Adobe Sign Autofill problem

Question

When I send multiple documents to be completed and signed, they autofill between each other, either making the first or second page completely inaccurate. I believe this started happening with the most recent product update. Also, would like to extract all the email addresses I've sent documents to. Can't find how to do that.

Are you referring that when the one page is filled, the information autofill on the other page?

If yes, it only happens when two form fields have the same name.

Could you please let us know how exactly you have created the PDF form?

Did you assign the form fields to the signers in Adobe Sign?

When you say "Would like to extract all the email addresses" do you mean to cancel the document?

If not, please elaborate what exactly you are referring to?
