Adobe Sign Automatic Emails

Yes, I suppose this counts as a feature request. If the built-in ‘Signed and Filed!’ completion text did not contain the exclamation mark, I could drag and drop the emails from Outlook to a file folder. It’s a small issue but it would make my work a little easier; and I suspect no one would miss the exclamation point.

Could you please share more details about the issue? "Why not remove the exclamation mark?" Is it not working at your end, or do you want this to be a feature request?

Suggestions/Options:

There isn’t a normal sender-level setting to remove just the exclamation mark from the final completion email subject. The final completion email is the “Signed and Filed” email, and there isn't a user/admin toggle for changing only the punctuation in that system-generated subject line.

You can edit the agreement name before sending, but that does not remove the system-added completion wording. In the current Request signatures / Send workflow, the sender can edit Agreement details > Agreement name. The agreement name is inserted into the email subject line and shown on the Manage page. So this can help control the variable part of the subject, but it does not appear to remove the built-in Signed and Filed completion text.

If the goal is fewer completion emails rather than changing the subject text, check notification settings separately. For personal event/alert emails, Acrobat Sign users can review Personal Preferences > My Notifications.
