Question

Adobe Sign automatic routing

I created an NDA web form  for people requesting confidential information from our company. We will send the web form url to the requester within a template email. I wish that once completed and signed by the requester, the NDA gets routed back to a group that handles the approval within my company, without the requester having to enter the routin info. Is this possible?

    Hi Ethereal_Duskf43e,

    Thank you for reaching out.

When using the web form, the document typically returns to the sender or the account from which it was created. If you want the document to be sent to the group that handles the approval, you can add their email address as a counter-signer when creating the form. If you only need the team to receive the final document after it has been signed by the requester, you can include the team in the “CC” field while creating the web form.

Please refer to the following help document for more information: Create a web form.

If you require a different workflow, please provide additional details about how you would like the forms to function. We will offer suggestions based on your requirements.

Let us know if you have any questions or need help.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi
