Adobe Sign business account needs to be cancelled

Several months ago, I signed a 3 year contract with Adobe Sign for a business account for my company.  Turns out we don't have need of this particular option and would like to cancel the subscription.  Can't find any mention of cancelling a business account for Adobe Sign on the various web pages so does this mean we're stuck?

Hi Andreah,

I have checked the email address that you used to sign in to the forums.

You have an active Enterprise account for Adobe Sign under that email address.

If you wish to cancel the subscription for the Adobe Sign account, I would suggest you contact support directly.

For the subscribed account, find below the steps to contact support:

• Login to your Adobe Sign account directly via Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

• Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.

• It will re-direct you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.

• If you've never logged in this way, use the forgot password option on the login link to set your password.

I have also sent you a private message with the contact details.

Thank you for responding; however I already have contacted the support team and their response is "the contract cannot be cancelled mid-term."  What are my options at this point?  The website makes it seem like cancelling should be possible but the various responses I've gotten from support make it seem as if I cannot cancel at all.
