Adobe sign callback URL not triggered when document is signed by user.

Hello Everyone,

I am using API to send agreement. I have set the callback url but its not triggered when the agreement is signed by the user. Is there anything I have to do for enabling the features in admin account?  Is there any configuration will done by adobe for this feature? Please help.
