Adobe sign - change of address

Hi,

I have subscribe for adobe sign and started to send document.

We had to change the name and the email address of the account and all the documents in the library have now "vanished" and I am not able any longer to connect and have access to the dashboard...

Could you please let me know what happened and also what I can do to retrieve all my documents?
