Adobe Sign - Clicking on the link in email opens the file without asking to login.

Question

I have created an Agreement and added an Approver and Certified Recipient as myself, After this I got the email notification, clicked on the link to open the agreement and it is opening directly even without Signing in. Is there any setting that should be enabled to not open the agreement without signing in.

Thank you for reaching out.

This is the designed behavior of Adobe Sign. It helps the recipients sign the document even if they do not have Adobe Sign service.

However, if you wish to make the document visible only after signing in, you may use the Adobe Sign authentication. Please refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/signer-identity-authentication-methods.html.

I would like to inform you that the types of authentication will be available according to the Adobe Sign plan you have.
