Adobe Sign - contract as pdf.

I have received real estate contract I sent to my seller in Adobe Sign, which she initialed and signed.

Now I'd liket send the signed contract to the buyer, but Adobe Sign will not allow me to copy a pdf of the contract.

What do you suggest.
