Adobe Sign - contracts being submitted with the required signature field being signed

We are getting reports of guests being able to submit contracts without the required signature field being signed.

I can reproduce the issue anymore, but I'm curious, was this some sort of glitch that took place last week? Did anyone else run into this issue?
