Adobe Sign could not send an error has occured

I just changed the email address on my adobe account and Everything in creative cloud except adobe sign is working. I need this fixed ASAP

I have the same issue however I did call. per our phone conversation, it was stated that after changing your ADOBE ID (your email), it becomes a backend issue. In other words the techs will have to change your updated email manually to login to adobe sign or send direct from computer. Might want to give them a call Kristen
