Adobe Sign Digital Signature Field not Showing

Question

Within Adobe Sign, I want to set a digital signature field and send it via email. Under signature fields should be a digital signature option but it is not there. Only signature, initials, and two other options show but not digital signature. If I choose signature my recipient only has the option to type, draw, mobile, and one other option I can't recall but there is no option to sign digitally.

If you are an account admin or group admin,

check

-are digital signatures enabled (see diital signature setting section)

if they are then check

is limited document visibility enabled

if it is turn it of.

then check if yo ucan add a digitial signature field.
