Adobe Sign Document Recipient Not Receiving

I request an e-signature on a document, I add the recipient email addresses, I edit and review fields, and I add the fields along with the signature field. But no one is receiving an email notification about signing the document. I've tried Office 365 and Gmail addresses, but no one is receiving an email requesting a signature.
