Adobe Sign documents not sending even though History says it sent.

I've attempted to send two documents multiple times for signatures yet recipient did not receive nor did I.

I also sent tests to email no agreements sent. Please advise ASAP this is affecting our business.

Hi Laurac,

Please ask the user to check the email in spam.

Also, make sure that you have added the correct email address when sending the document for signature.

If that does not help, I would suggest you contact support team for Adobe Sign to get this checked.
